👄 Taste: On the palate, it develops a rich taste with an exceptional balance, pleasant acidity, and a long aftertaste. kkGreen apple, peach, and pear dominate the nose and initial taste. The medium body is followed by lovely acidity, while the finish is dry and fruity. It is a great seeping wine, but will match perfectly with Mediterranean seafood, like dorado, or branzino off the grill, or a lobster spaghetti dish.
