$23.25

The Nico Lazaridi Black Sheep White is a dry white wine with a Protected Geographical Indication from Pangeon, Greece. Produced at the Mackedon Winery in Platanotopos, Kavala, it is a blend of 60% Sauvignon Blanc, 20% Semillon, and 20% Vidiano, chosen for their harmonious combination of flavors and aromas. The wine undergoes fermentation at low temperatures to maximize the extraction of primary aromas and a short maturation with fine lees. It has an alcohol content of 12%, total acidity of 5.51g/l, and residual sugar of 1.20g/l. The tasting notes highlight its pale yellow color and pronounced aromas of lime, lychee, grapefruit, peach, nectarine, and some grassy notes. It features a medium body with pleasant acidity and flavors that echo the aromas, leading to a pleasant aftertaste. This wine can age for up to 2-3 years after harvest. It is ideally served at 8-10°C and pairs excellently with seafood salads, lean white meat, and pasta with light sauces
