Sokos Assyrtico 2022

Sokos Assyrtico 2022, a dry white wine from Central Greece, is made from 100% Assyrtiko grapes. Hand-harvested grapes undergo pressing and fermentation in stainless steel tanks. The wine features a distinctive lemon and metallic flavor, with a white-gold shiny color, dryness, freshness, and a long aftertaste. Ideal with white meats, pasta, white cheeses, and mild sauces, and served at 10 – 12 °C.
