The Vignobles Lambert CDR Villages Plan de Dieu 2020 is a full-bodied red wine produced using biodynamic, natural, and organic methods by Domaine Les Aphillantes in the Southern Rhone region of France. This wine is a blend of Grenache, Mourvedre, and Syrah/Shiraz grapes, and it showcases a remarkable depth of fruit and concentration. The wine is known for its lovely balance and a long, smooth, and satisfying finish. It undergoes traditional long maceration and vinification with natural yeasts in concrete tanks, maturing for one year in these tanks. The wine has an alcohol content of 14% ABV and contains less than 50 mg/litre of total sulphur. It is produced in a relatively small batch with an annual production of 5,000 to 10,000 bottles, and it has an ageing potential of about 10 years.
