The 2017 vintage has an alcohol content of 14%, and it is produced by the Mountrichas family, who have been cultivating grapes since 1830 on their 20-hectare property on the island of Evia. This estate is known as one of Greece's most progressive wineries. The tasting notes for this wine reveal an intense, complex aroma profile that includes violet, liquorice, and sweet red fruit. The palate is described as rich and spicy, with elegant velvety tannins, balanced acidity, and great finesse. The wine finishes with a long, complex aftertaste, marking it as an outstanding wine.
