These grapes are sourced from vineyards that are over 120 years old, located in the areas of Pyrgos and Megalochori, which contribute to the unique characteristics of the wine. The wine undergoes a meticulous process of whole bunch pressing and is matured with fine lees in stainless steel vats for 18-24 months.
