Moscato

What is Moscato?

This is an age-old noble plant which was highly prized in Ancient Greece. Also quite a favorite among bees and hornets, this plant prefers a clay and limestone soil. It is capable of mutating easily. Because it is susceptible to drought, odium, pernosepros. It is a labour intensive plant.  The grapes tend to oxidize quickly but when reclaimed with no higher than 14% alcohol. Moscato delivers fine white wines and even delicious sweet wines.
