👃 Nose: Red fruit aromas with coffee and cocoa notes.

👄 Taste: Full mouth feel with a good tannic structure, rich body and an elegant aftertaste. A wine with aging potential. Its rich tannins are well-rounded by aging in French oak barrels for one year, imparting to the palate a slight hint of wood, which adds to the natural noble bouquet of Xinomavro. A typical ‘vin de garde’, full of local character.

Serving suggestions: Roasted meats, meats with spicy sauces and Naoussa’s traditional savory pies.
